1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or enrolling in courses on ShiningBits, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use the learning portal.
2. Educational Mission & Cohort Structure
ShiningBits is designed to provide flexible, self-paced, high-quality Computer Science and Office Automation education for students unable to attend on-campus institutions—including female students studying from home and working professionals (shopkeepers, doctors, lawyers, teachers, and public/private employees).
3. 3-Day Interval Release Policy
To ensure pedagogical retention, prevent content hoarding, and avoid learner burnout, curriculum modules are released on an automated 3-day interval schedule following administrative enrollment approval. Students acknowledge that future sessions remain locked until their scheduled drip unlock date.
4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All course lectures, presentation materials, spreadsheet templates, and exercises authored by Hikmat Ullah and ShiningBits are proprietary. Students are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, personal license to view the materials for personal study. Unauthorized redistribution, ripping, mirroring, or public broadcasting of lecture streams is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Integrity & Student Identity
Each student is assigned a collision-safe Student ID and Batch token. Accounts are personal to the registrant and may not be shared, loaned, or sold. Sharing account credentials will result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Termination of Access
ShiningBits reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive conduct, harassment of instructors or fellow cohort members, or attempts to bypass learning progress gates.
